Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all credit purchases made through the Bitparse document parsing service operated by Bitparse LLC.

All Sales Final

Bitparse credits are digital goods. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account, the transaction cannot be reversed.

Automatic Refunds for Failed Processing

Credits are deducted before document processing begins. If processing fails for any reason — including server errors, timeouts, or partial processing — credits for unprocessed pages are automatically returned to your account. No action is required on your part.

No Cash Value or Transfers

Credits have no cash value. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, converted to other currencies, or transferred between accounts. Unused credits are not refunded upon account closure.

Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or you experience a technical issue that was not resolved by our automatic credit refund system, please contact us at support@bitparse.ai with your account email and a description of the issue. We will review each case individually.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. If you wish to dispute a charge with your card issuer, the dispute will be handled through Stripe's standard dispute resolution process. We encourage you to contact us directly first so we can resolve the issue promptly.
